We are so proud of how hard the children have worked on their art so far this year! Our huge art display is full of interesting drawing techniques, such as sumi-e ink paintings and intricate map drawings. All of the children have embraced 'thinking ishly' and remembering that art is not about being perfect- but about being free to embrace our individual styles and seeing where our hands take us! We are excited for our next art projects with paint to start next week and to get adding them to this display

Mrs Crowder has been working alongside several children to redesign the Nurture Room. The children created a mood board of what they would like featuring the new 'well-being' area. Mr Oldroyd has decorated and he also spoke to the children about the different skills and tasks that are needed for decorating a room. We hope you like the finished room. The children (and the BVPS team) think it's amazing.
